6 MONTHS PLAN TO IMPROVE OUR MOZILLA CONTRIBUTION - 2017

MOZILLA ACTIVITY PLANS - 2017

This is my plans to improve the Mozilla contribution which I have framed focuses on functional areas such that WebVR, rust, Web Compat, Mozilla Campus clubs etc..,

  • Inaugurating Mozilla Campus Club in colleges, where they were not aware of and Increasing the Club Count.

  • Having a monthly review of all the contributors and having Best contributor of the month.

  • Teaching small kids in school about the WEB in a playful manner, so they could learn easily.

  • Having Mozilla awareness programs in and around colleges.

  • Increasing the Contributors for QA testing.

  • Learn properly about add-ons and design at-least 5 new add-ons.

  • Guide atleast 10 new contributors for QA.

  • Having atleast 2 sessions for 1 years to make them aware of Mozilla QA.

  • Take part in all QA Test Days without fail.

My Experience on Mozilla Tamilnadu Meetup-2017

My Experience in Mozilla Tamilnadu Meetup Before the meetup I was very excited . I really enjoyed the meetup and learnt a lot of stuffs . we discussed a lot and  worked together on our tracks. some unforgettable moments during the meetup: We released our new Logo for our Mozilla Tamilnadu Community. Mr.Rohit designed the logo and he explained the reason for logo. We discussed on community issues and problems various tracks are explained by the track leads. We were working on our tracks inorder to do a useful outcome in the meetup.   There were several other moments which I enjoyed and learnt a lot                             Thanks to MozTN for this great opportunity !!!     Love Mozilla !!!

FOXIOT Meetup - 4

Venue :   KGISL College Date : 18.12.2016 Topic :         1.python packaging and configuration management        2.pi board tricks At Meetup:             Me and My Club Lead Mr.Paarttipaabhalaji reached KGISL College by 9:30,all the others gathered by 10 and It started by 10a.m . Mr.Vigneshwer handled the session, The morning session was about API'S and about Python. New contributors too joined our study group. At fist Mr.vigneshwer explained about API'S and then the basics of GitHub is also explained. Mr.Paarttipaabhalaji, Mr.sudharsan, Mr.prasanth helped us in getting through GitHub. we had 2 tasks.  One was we had to find the python libraries and upload them in the GitHub, and the other task was adding our names in the coimbatore study group website.The morning session came to an end by 1.00pm       we had our lunch in the canteen and afternoon session started by 2.00pm and we saw the raspberry pi tricks.
